Delete Account

Deleting your AURA FUEL account removes your sign-in and active app-owned data, including meals, goals, daily recommendations, coach messages, sparse Coach memory, saved app snapshots, Apple Health and WHOOP connection records and summaries, workout and sleep rows, subscription entitlement records, and RevenueCat webhook event records linked to the account.

You can clear Coach memory without deleting Coach message history by using the memory controls in AI Coach. Clearing memory removes the active sparse memory record. Older Coach transcripts are not scanned to recreate or backfill it.

AURA FUEL starts deletion immediately. Connected-service cleanup normally finishes at once. If a service is temporarily unavailable, a minimal deletion record is kept and retried automatically in the background, usually within 24 hours. It contains only what is needed to finish deletion and is removed when cleanup succeeds.

Deleting your AURA FUEL account does not cancel Apple billing. If you have an active subscription, cancel it from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Disconnecting Apple Health in the app removes its AURA FUEL server records but does not change HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings. Limited security, dispute, legal, and backup records may remain temporarily where required, then expire under our retention controls.

If you cannot access the app, email support@aurafuel.app from the account email and request deletion.
