Terms of Use

By using AURA FUEL, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, use the service lawfully, and be old enough to consent to these Terms in your location. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it, or use it to harm another person.

AURA FUEL provides estimates, wearable-aware targets, and AI-generated coaching for general wellness. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and do not replace professional medical or nutritional care. Check food estimates, ingredients, allergies, medication interactions, and exercise decisions yourself. Do not use AURA FUEL for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, or decisions where an inaccurate result could cause harm.

Apple Health, WHOOP, camera, photo-library, and AI-assisted features are optional. AI-assisted features require a separate in-app choice and can be disabled later. By enabling an optional feature, you direct AURA FUEL and the processors named in the Privacy Policy to process the information needed to provide it. You represent that submitted content is yours to use and does not violate another person's rights. You may disconnect optional sources or stop submitting content at any time.

AURA FUEL may grant an eligible account one 14-day period of Pro access without an App Store purchase or payment method. This app-granted access does not charge, renew, or automatically convert into a paid subscription. AURA FUEL determines eligibility and may prevent repeat grants for the same account.

Continued AURA FUEL Pro access is offered through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. The standard United States fallback prices are $9.99 per month for monthly and $59.99 per year for yearly. Apple may separately show an introductory trial or permit an Apple offer code. Apple controls offer eligibility, redemption, account requirements, and the final purchase confirmation. The App Store purchase sheet displays the price, currency, taxes, and terms that control any Apple purchase.

Payment begins only when you separately confirm an Apple purchase. Unless canceled, the subscription automatically renews for the same period, and Apple charges your account within 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You can manage or restore purchases there or in the app. Apple handles billing, introductory offers, offer codes, and refunds under its policies; deleting your AURA FUEL account or app does not cancel billing.

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address fraud, or enforce these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and AURA FUEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or health-related losses arising from reliance on estimates or third-party data. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app and is incorporated into these Terms. For support or legal questions, contact support@aurafuel.app.
